Barolo is usually considered a special occasion wine, and the best are certainly among the most riveting red wines on the planet. But too often it gets pigeon-holed as an expensive rarity. In reality Barolo can be much more accessible, in both cost and drinkability, than common wisdom dictates. This flight consists of wines from the excellent 2004 and 2005 vintages, all priced between $40 and $60.
